A disappointment. They keep giving contradictory information, requesting inexhaustible lists of paperwork. Financial advisor who’s also the mortgage specialist is very cold , unhelpful and worst of all, never budging to reach out back for updates on the progress of your file unless you follow up. They fail to practice inclusion and all the values they preach !
