I have been banking with Libro Credit Union in Sarnia for about 3 to 4 years now and I am consistently impressed with the level of customer service. The team is always proactive. If anything ever looks off with my account, like charges when I am travelling or if funds need to be transferred, a representative has taken the time to call me directly to make sure everything is correct. Banked for several years with Libro. Had great experience with previous branch. When we moved to the area we had to move to this branch and have had crap service ever since.
Is the bank system down???? I have been trying to access my account repeatedly to take my kids out for Sunday morning breakfast..... it's now 8am.....
