Banked for several years with Libro. Had great experience with previous branch. When we moved to the area we had to move to this branch and have had crap service ever since.
Is the bank system down???? I have been trying to access my account repeatedly to take my kids out for Sunday morning breakfast..... it's now 8am.....
I have always had great experiences with Libro. Jackie has always been a text away to help with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend dealing with Libro and Jackie
