I just wanted to say that my husband and I have had such an incredible experience at the Libro Sarnia branch, especially thanks to Kathlyn Aguirre. She helped us through so many things that were giving us a lot of stress in regards to our mortgage refinancing. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She has been so helpful, kind, and understanding about everything. She also has been so prompt to getting things done for us under a time restraint. I am so glad that we decided to go to Libro for help.
I want to give a huge thank you—and an apology—to Jay at Libro in Sarnia. I was extremely stressed and not at my best, but Jay was nothing but patient and professional. He went above and beyond, digging through my old records all the way back to 2019 to find exactly what I needed, then personally called me back with the information. Outstanding customer service. If I could give him 100 stars, I would!
