My daughter and I went to Libro for a mortgage. Tawnie Hudon was great she explained the process, and gave us tips on consolidating our debt into the mortgage. Tawnie is very easy to talk to and communicates every step of the way. She was a great help at a difficult time in my life.
This bank used to be a decent bank but recently it's just gone down hill significantly. I went in for a school loan and the way Rebecca talked to me made me feel like an idiot for having made some questionable decisions, I figured they were there for help so I went for help and received judgement instead. I didn’t have a great experience getting a car loan, very disappointing experience with Rebecca L. I was approved in 24hrs at WFCU and closed in 2 days. R.L. didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing very frustrating experience, I tried to keep business in Essex however Essex branch seemed like they didn’t want my business. 🤷♀️
