Very friendly and helpful staff. The interior is nice and cozy, and the Libro banking app UI is very easy to navigate. Glad I switched from BMO.
0 Stars (if I could) I had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, I was transparent about my financial situation, including my credit utilization and existing balances. The purpose of applying for a personal loan was clearly explained — it was to consolidate and improve that exact situation. Despite discussing all of this upfront, a hard credit check was still performed without clearly advising me that my application would likely not be approved under the current circumstances. Steve Stawarz - deserves some recognition for going and above and beyond and explaining everything, every step of the way - a truly great person to work with who shows so much patience and compassion. So happy to have had him explain everything in terms I could understand as someone who is new to mortgages. I really hope this company acknowledges what a great person they have in him and give him a much needed raise. Or vacation🙌🏻
