Today I was helping my elderly mom with a company trying not to cover a warranty she was eligible for. They had entered the wrong date and I needed proof of a transaction from 2003 on a closed account. Wendy was absolutely wonderful in taking the time to search a couple different older accounts a few years back and was able to located and email me proof of the transaction.
