Seemed rather pleasant opening a new debit account here until I got the tellers name wrong and from what it appears . I was honest about previous things in my life till it got to the point of not being able to take my money out of my account due to "poor" credit I stood up walked out of the meeting said I would like my money back and realized that was a situation that was predatory and premeditated to humiliated me and harass me due to having a bad credit score avoid this please it's very sad what they did in broad daylight ... read more

Today I was helping my elderly mom with a company trying not to cover a warranty she was eligible for. They had entered the wrong date and I needed proof of a transaction from 2003 on a closed account. Wendy was absolutely wonderful in taking the time to search a couple different older accounts a few years back and was able to located and email me proof of the transaction. She went above and beyond with patience and empathy. Thanks to Wendy the warranty issue has been solved! So great when they care so much about their owner... read more
