First, I need to point out that the staff I dealt with were extremely kind and polite. No issues there. These are policy issues. My beef lies with the fact that Libro tried to charge me in excess of $2.00 exchange rate to buy British pounds when the currency exchange in London ON was $1.84. Earlier this year I bought Euros and they wanted to charge me a transition fee for buying Euros over and above the exchange rate.
