Disappointing experience. And when a complaint was made about a situation, it was not looked into. I have now closed all accounts there.
Friendly & helpful staff. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
We left, and never looked back. Simpi doesn't even have physical branches and we have received 10 times the help and it's been much easier to bank with than Libro.
