Went to the ATM to withdraw 700. It gave me all 10 Bill's. Went into Libro to exchange them for bigger bills they refused because I am a meridian member not a Libro member. Her comment was ya we have to fill the ATM yet while they were standing around.. very disappointed..

I have been with this branch for a number of years and their service is always so amazing! I love how helpful everyone is, even with strange requests. They help me take care of many different things that I need, in an easy to understand, efficient way. Banking online is quick and easy, very straightforward. When I've needed to use other locations or call the main line, it has been great as well. My only "complaint" is there are no locations further west than kitchener, so when I've lived elsewhere it's been a bit inconvenien... read more
