Tried getting pre-aprroved for house mortage at Libro, absolute joke. Went thru mortgage broker instead, got it done no problem.

My hubby and I have been dealing with Libro for about 30 years (long before it was called Libro!) and we haven't left because we love the service. First of all, most decisions are made in-house, by people who know you, know the community, and know your circumstances. Went to the ATM to withdraw 700. It gave me all 10 Bill's. Went into Libro to exchange them for bigger bills they refused because I am a meridian member not a Libro member. Her comment was ya we have to fill the ATM yet while they were standing around.. very disappointed..
