Anel Perales was exceptional!!!!
Just had a meeting with Anel which went very well regarding my RIF. I have been a member for over over 15years. I have had so many different coaches over that period of time. I was thinking of leaving Libro when my RIf"s mature in 2029.I have a good interest rate and so would not be smart to leave at this point. Hopefully she will not leave any time soon. Anel knew what she was doing and every thing went seamlessly.

I have been a member of this credit union for more than 10 years. I have just closed my account and will take my business where I am appreciated. Libro apparently does not take any responsibility for mistakes made by their employees or any loss to the customer incurred because of these mistakes. Without going into a lot of detail, I arranged to reinvest my money in a new GIC. My previous GIC was maturing.
