I have been a member of this credit union for more than 10 years. I have just closed my account and will take my business where I am appreciated. Libro apparently does not take any responsibility for mistakes made by their employees or any loss to the customer incurred because of these mistakes. Without going into a lot of detail, I arranged to reinvest my money in a new GIC. My previous GIC was maturing. very helpful and accommodating staff though a little bit slow. sometimes it takes several days to get an answer for a simple question
