Tried a few times to book an appointment and deal with business needs and was repeatedly told things like system down, people unavailable, and multiple people I talked to constantly complained about being short staffed and how stressed they were. Made me feel like a huge inconvenience so I switched to TD. Hope whoever is in charge of this branch gets the staff some proper help so that the human beings can all do their jobs.
