Tried a few times to book an appointment and deal with business needs and was repeatedly told things like system down, people unavailable, and multiple people I talked to constantly complained about being short staffed and how stressed they were. Made me feel like a huge inconvenience so I switched to TD. Hope whoever is in charge of this branch gets the staff some proper help so that the human beings can all do their jobs.
What an incredible team over at Libro Amherstburg! We couldn't be happier to have all of our personal and business dealings with them. Keep up the great works guys!
