Would not recommend working for assisted living. Poor quality care, poor communication from management. the kitchen lady is short on the bigger side nit picks and is nosey. They lock up their supplies and get upset when you need the supplies to care for the residents. I called the on call number due to me needing gloves and bags and I was told I should be calling unless her residence is in dire need.
