Wonderful staff, make you feel like a person not just a number in a lot of other numbers. Thank you for taking it back to the old days when you walk in to a bank and the tellers know your name.
This is the best bank around! Their customer service is 2nd to none. They make going to the bank so easy; they know you by name and treat you like family. Even my kids like to go to the bank with me! I usually work with Lindsay and Robyn and they are fabulous and friendly. It's wonderful to have a bank that offers so much in a small town--plus they're community oriented and regularly give back!

My experience with Libertyville Savings Bank was seamless and a pleasant experience. Matt Clarahan worked with me on a loan and answered all my questions (I had many as I had never done anything like that before) and took his time to explain everything to me throughout the process..
