Liberty Village of Pittsfield provides outstanding care and a genuine sense of community. The staff are dedicated, patient, and attentive, always ensuring residents feel safe and valued. Communication with families is excellent, and you can tell they take great pride in what they do. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality long-term care.

Beautiful facility and staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this facility to anybody who is looking for a nursing home for their family member.

Per usual most of the staff like to pick and belittle other coworkers and they make usually one person take care of most of the residents while the rest sit down in a group and make fun of other coworkers. The residents are not being treated correctly either If you want wants best for your elderly then please send them somewhere more loving!. Most the staff don’t care about the residents or what happens to them they just want a check.

The wonderful ladies on staff took great care of my uncle Brent during his final stretch of life. They allowed me to stay overnight in his room to be with him so that he didn’t have to pass without family present by his side. They inquired as to my needs for food and/or water. They ensured he was repositioned bi-hourly and mercifully administered pain meds as needed for comfort. Amber, in particular, offered me a warm embrace as consolation following his death. My mother was a patient at this facility twice, and went to the hospital with pneumonia both times. Interesting how that happened! It’s dirty! And I have proof!! Some of the staff are caring but most are not! Especially one of the night nurses. It’s a horrible place overall!!
