Amazing experience and very knowledgeable staff both times I've went there. I went there for a problem with my vape, and figured I'd try a new pod before asking to exchange my whole vape that I got from there. Arfa suggested to exchange the vape outright so I wouldn't have go through the hassle of trying a new pod and having to go back again to exchange my vape. Turns out he was right, and my vape tastes just like it should now. Exemplary customer service.
