The service was good for some years that I used it but this year it's a shambles. The guy at 4095 Oceanside Blvd. said he was there only on Wednesday but I tried all to to find someone there and I tried to leave messages on an indistinct answering service. I must be overdue on my tax return and after I get it straightened out I will find another tax service next year. I can't understand how the service went so bad after years of it being good. My review is supposed to be one-star, not three.
Not going here again sorry the man was nice and all but messed up my taxes so bad. Had to do another form and wait couple more months to get.

I don't what the hell I paid $700 for because it's now August and we have yet to see our return. Infact the IRS wrote us saying that there was mistakes made filing. Um, isn't that why we paid to get our taxes done?We were told a certain amount was being refunded to us by our tax preparer , and now the IRS says we might not get anything? Again, what the hell did we just waste money and time for with Liberty? I feel ripped off especially now that no one is answering their phones. Beware!
