I have been with liberty for over 4 years this year i go in ...in the middle of getting my service the computer goes down..the lady tells me to come back tommorrow nothing she can do...The manager Tim assures me that because of my inconvenience he will take fees off...i come back in for him to do neither..nor give me my fees off for the problem...it was turned out to be my fault the computer died in the middle of me using your service...ive been paying your company 400 plus a year...Never again...No Liberty Tax
