If I could leave a review without a star I would. This office is very UNPROFESSIONAL, while waiting you hear the staff talking about politics and baby daddy drama. The posted office hours are to let the public know when you’re open for business not to guess if they’re going to be available for business. This location I can honestly say is never open for business as posted not to mention not answering phone calls.

Great place to have your taxes done - unless you have any questions or need help after they've been filed. I left numerous voice mail messages and texts which were NEVER answered. I would recommend staying far away from this place.
I have been using Liberty Tax for 10 years. The main location in OKC is great. This location, not so much. She does not follow her posted office hours here or in Edmond and never returns messages. I'm going back to OKC this year.
