Merlyn was very helpful and friendly. She was very informative.
I'll start with guest service; not the best, but definitely not the worst. They didnt exactly make my wife and I feel welcomed, but I guess it didnt bother me that much cause I've just about given up on guest service expectations. When we got to the price, they charged me over $400 to file for taxes for my wife and I. We had been going to liberty tax for 3 years, in which they charged us just about half that amount. These guys take care of our taxes for our office. super honest and knowledge.. They will be helping us with our insurance for the office too. Deal with the best, don't try to do your own taxes. A+
Do not do it. Trust me dont do it. The owner is horrible and rude. Do not do your taxes there. You have been warned. She has 3 locations she is in charge of. So make sure you do your homework. Turbo tax is easy and only 40.00. Same amount of refund without the 450.00 charge. I didnt do my taxes there just beacuse something was off. If you get an estimate and leave the owner gets pissed. So be careful.
