They never answer the phone
New location in a new building on Airline south of Holly next to Autozone. Reviewing the facility and location, not the service because it doesn't appear they are open for business just yet. Update: Just drove by there on 1/7/18 and saw an open sign lit up. There were cars in the parking lot too.
