Yolanda has gone above and beyond to help solve a miscommunication from several years ago. I really appreciated her extra time and effort when she could have easily said “sorry, it’s the holiday and I’m off the clock!”
They where very nice and kind they great lil dogs to play with and a big tablet to keep ur kids busy
One man there seemed knowledgeable and decent but that was the end of everything good I took from my experience. Not all of the staff was educated to a point I felt comfortable with them. I was told call irs and ask them what to do then get the paperwork needed do it and then I will mail it in. Well if I was interested in doing my own taxes why would I still care to pay them?
