This was my first time filing for my taxes and I regret it. All of the good ratings you see are a lie !!! They offer cash to those who give ratings . These people forgot to send my taxes over for this year to the IRS and I am left with nothing. I filed for my taxes 4 months ago and today I found out by the IRS that they forgot to mail it over.
