Stars should not apply. The Navy Exchange was remodeled and the food court area is totally new. The space that Liberty Tax Service used is now Greenberry's Coffee.
Terrible service When I entered the nex location the lady was using her phone I stood in front of her for about 3 minutes without being acknowledged. I turned around to walk away before she asked if she could help me.
Buyer beware! This location does not give refunds for poor service or for an incomplete job!!! I had my taxes prepared by Cheryl. Since my wife wasn't with me when taxes were prepared she said that I could bring her by the next morning to see her and everything would be good to go. I would just need to have my wife sign and go. When I came in a different woman was working (carol) that had no clue why we were there. She pulled up my return and found errors that she didn't know how to correct.
