The owner, Luisa Osorio-Sanchez, is a convicted felon! Google search her name and see for your! She was convicted in Lowell Superior Court for severely beating her daughter and helping her husband rape her repeatedly. She served her sentence in MCI Framingham and was paroled. She is a Colombian national who holds a "green card" and is being investigated for tax fraud by the IRS and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. She should be reported to ICE for deportation proceedings.

I went to Liberty Tax Services for the first time to handle my 2023 return. The girl helping me was new and had the manager check over my return several times. The manager that looked over everything was on a personal call the entire time I was there. Seemed very unprofessional. I told my preparer that I had seen a coupon online and wanted to use it for this visit. She skipped over my question and said we would get to that.
