Service was incredibly slow and staff were questionable in their knowledge. Furthermore, I had my taxes done in March, paid for services with check and STILL have not seen the check hit my bank yet. If they are that irresponsible with their own money, it makes me question how thorough they are doing my taxes.
Says open at 10am. Called then says ooen at 11am but at 11am no one in site.
The guy was tripping balls in the bathroom and couldn't answer any of my questions
