They not good at helping people They caused my account to be over drafted. And then drafted my account the next month without my permission. I had made arrangements, but they didn't adhere to them after they said call or come by if you have problems. My problem was I couldn't cash a 11,000 check until 7 days Andi went in and showed them the check and told them. I wouldn't recommend y'all to no one.
The best place I have been in to pick up money. Nice's staff I could ask for. Very sweet ladies. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
Didn't ask the interview questions. Checked my packet and they just marked "no" to all of them. If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible experience, have used them for years and I won't be going back again next year!
If I could give 0 🌟 I would. Do not take this review lightly. These folks fail in every category of performance, professionalism and customer service. Under no circumstances should you ever get your taxes done here!
