I went to the imperial beach location for a 3pm appointment. I wasn’t greeted and they had me waiting about 45 minutes. When I asked how long they would take, they treated me like they didn’t care. So I called this location and immediately Reyna asked me to come in. When I got there Reyna offed some salt and pepper wings and a soda. She was very hospitable and very knowledgeable.
