Awful.
My wife and I worked with an incredibly nice guy to get our free quote to have our taxes done. We did our taxes last year through Liberty Tax but in Salt Lake City. We got a $3500 return. This year we went to this location, we had the similar income and deductions as last year, but they said they would only be able to get us a $1800 return. WHAT?? We ended up going elsewhere that charged HALF the price and gave us a $3000 return. NEVER again will I go to Liberty Tax.
