Atmosphere was gangster and horrible... I can't get anyone on the phone to help or answer my guest ions... Charged me 400$ on a 500$ return.. That's just unheard of... Ugh
First of all, there was no air circulation at all therefore very warm and stagnant in the office. They falsely advertised that customers would receive $50 once their tax preparation was completed which is untrue. I didnt receive $50 that day or the next, which is today. I was told by the lady who prepared my taxes it was because "he didn't leave any funds at the office". I was not given a receipt or paperwork of any kind.
