Worst places to have your taxes done. I saw Jim and he threw in fees that weren’t even necessary and now won’t return my call. Some lady called to say they can only take their fee out of my state refund and never said there was an issue with my federal. Just tried to throw out form numbers, as if I would know what she’s even talking about! Didn’t even sound like she knew.
