I filed my taxes with them February 2 and as of this date I still have not received my return they mailed it twice how the initial mistake was on their part and the cause of the delay although they say they tried to correct it by re-mailing it I still had to hand deliver my return downtown Fort Worth to the IRS myself they are charging me this outrageous fee for their screw up this messed up my all my daughter senior activities and created a lot of other problems for me and my family I don't feel like I should be charged a f... read more
