Bre didn’t tell us how much the tax service would be, and I had to ask. When I picked up the check, they had taken out more for preparation than she told me. Charged almost double what H&R Block charged last year. Didn’t direct deposit our funds as we had requested, and we had to drive and pick up the check. When I asked why when I picked up the check, she said she didn’t know why and wouldn’t find out. Terrible customer service and terrible experience all the way around. I would not recommend to anyone.
Outstanding service and great job done! Recommend them to anyone!
