Since that last reviews Liberty Tax has under went some major adjustments. The tax preparer classes are ten weeks long to cover all types of individual returns. Patrick and Kate are still helping people with IRS problems. They are all very competent and reliable I would not trust anyone else with my taxes or bookkeeping services. Thank you so much guys.
I had been having tax problems with no resolution in sight. Called Mildreds and was referred to Patrick who is former IRS and he was able to cut through the bureaucracy and get me resolution. Highly recommended.
Mildreds in downtown Springdale may have been great but the business was bought by Liberty Tax service, and they are total ripoff artists. Liberty has jacked up their prices and are charging much more than H&R Block and Jackson/Hewitt. They do the same work as the other tax services and charge 50% more. And they treat their people like crap. I recommend that you go elsewhere. This review includes the Liberty Tax office in Fayetteville.
Absolutely awesome!! They have great customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful. They double check everything before filing. Ive used them for 4 years now and never had an issue. My taxes have been confusing past few years too. When other places like H&R failed to do it right I asked friends at office who they use and they lead me to them. Keep up the good work!
I have been using Mildreds for years and been nothing short of thrilled with their level of service. They are wonderful & I would send anyone there.
