While there I was told it was one price. When I got my deposit I was charged a whole lot more. When I questioned this which took about 4 days to get an answer. Turns out the office in soddy told me the wrong cost. She admitted it to my face which I respect. They just now called me back...months later...and told me what???? Call the office where the same lady that messed up works.... wow....great job library tax!!!!
Tried to rip me off a few years ago. Told me I was only going to get $600 as a refund. I walked across the street to H&R Block and got $2,000. The lady trying to rip me off slung my tax forms at me after she realized I wasn’t going to go through with the service. Her fat friend sitting next to her also got mad when she realized I wasn’t going to fall for it. They were so rude and so shady that I still remember the incident years later. That alone ought to tell you something.
