First and foremost, Alcia did an amazing job trying to get the job done! I went in to cash a retirement check, and Alicia completed her process in her end, making sure the verification process was done correctly, she checked my credentials, and was very professional. The unfortunate side of things, contacting T Rowe Price to verify funds was an absolute disaster! She called serval times, several numbers with no leads!
