Cynthia was wonderful! She makes the entire tax filing process, not feel like exactly that!! She was and is always helpful and making sure I have applied all of my deductions, ensuring I get all that is due to me! She is so very professional but with a pleasing sense of humor!! I can really appreciate that!!
