There were some mistakes that was made on my 2024 tax filings hat cost me a lot of money. And I learned about when I had it looked at by another company. So when I information Liberty taxes of the problems that I had, Derick the owner called me and he was able to really look into what the problem was and he refunded my filings fee. And he also helped me amend my taxes to get the money back.
We really felt like Jed Stanger at Liberty Tax did an amazing job! He was on top of all our paperwork and was quick to come to us to make sure everything went smoothly and checked consistently with us with updated information. He was genuine. We didn’t have to worry with his up to date education and there weren’t any surprises because he expressed clarity and trust. Thank you!
We had a horrible experience with Rudd & Co so we ended up going with Liberty Tax because of a suggestion from a friend. I am so glad we did. When Rudd & Co did our taxes, we were going to get about $1000 back and then they wanted to charge us $1200 for doing those taxes. It was insane. When we asked if they could work with us on the price, they completely dropped us a week before the April 15th deadline, and said that we should find another CPA.
