Dealt with a woman that couldn't even speak clear English,I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Then she tried to charge me 50% percent of my total tax return for her "knowledge" as she worded it. I walked out and went to tax help where they charged me under $100.
Highly recommended. Thank you Lizette for all your help! It is truly appreciated.
Lizette helped me and was wonderful! I had come in stressed out and she made me feel welcome and at ease without any judgment. I will definitely be going back!
