Had a 10am appointment booked. Received multiple reminders and confirmed. When we arrived at 10am there was nobody there and the doors were locked. The employee came eventually 8 minutes after opening hours. She immediately took a walk-in appointment for someone who said he didn’t even have his ID on him?? When we asked if she was the only one working as we had a 10am appointment she replied with “oh do you?”.. Booking an appointment seems to make no difference. They will take walk-ins and later appointments in before your appointment time. For example, I had a 4 pm appointment and another lady had a 4:30 pm appointment. At 4:10 pm they took her and other walk-ins before me. This is not the first time this has happened. I won't be back.

Harpinder was great to work with. She was thorough and pleasant to deal with. We had dealt with HR block for 20 years and as the service continued to drop it was time for a change. Thanks Harpinder and see you next year. Also ,Harpinder needs her own office !!

I had a bad experience with Tracey , I usually don’t drop reviews but I’m doing this because she wasn’t helpful at all instead she acted condescending towards me especially after I had told her I was going to pay a certain amount which I was told to pay by the cx service representative I called a day before going. Then her attitude changed all of a sudden and was acting frustrated,anyways if she’s tired of working she can go retire .
