Had a good initial experience with the process, but once audited and needing further support, a very poor experience. Very difficult to contact, non responsive to emails (15+ emails not responded too). I sent documents that were required to be submitted for an audit, that were never submitted even after asking for confirmation. I found out at a competent place of business that although I sent the documents required for the audit, nothing was submitted by Sam, the owner. First and last time we will go here for our taxes. Sent over 15 emails and numerous phone calls/voicemails with zero responses from manager Sam and Liberty tax head office. Took over a year for taxes to be reconciled and that's only because we had to go back to our old office in BC and have them step in and help us out as we were potentially on the hook for $13k owing in taxes... most stressful time ever. Paid almost $500 for our taxes to be filed. We are so upset and let down.

Dealt with this place for a year and a complete disgraceful experience I have ever experienced. Don't do the work you asked for. Don't keep appointments with you. Charges in advance for the promised work and doesn't get completed. Save your time and money go elsewhere. SAM THE SCAM should not be in business.
