I went in today and the blonde woman obviously didn't want my business. So incredibly rude and kept telling me I needed a business license when I know for a fact I don't and I've been working at the same company for 4 years and no tax preparer has ever asked me for one before. I should have mentioned that I worked at a liberty tax before.
Art’s people have been taking care of us for years! Virgil is fantastic! He was very thorough, kind, knowledgeable and professional.
Experience is always perfect with the workers they're kind and have patience for you. A guy name Virgil help me and he showed me every that is done and how much money was tooking out. I came here the past two years and I'll come back every year, thank Liberty.
