Made an appointment for today and got a confirmation text and email. Took time off of work. When we got there they were rude and said there was no appointment, even though I showed them the confirmation email and text. Told me to book for another day.
This is my third year using Liberty at tax time, and I find everyone there professional, efficient and knowledgeable on complex tax matters, particularly around maximizing tax returns as a couple. Really great turnaround time (48 hours) and a great rate, and we get a refund every year! I’ll keep going there year after year.
