I will not be getting my taxes done here again. They forgot to add a document which increased my refund by over $1,000 left me a voicemail about it and I could not get ahold of them for a month after they informed me. I ended up having to get into contact with corporate who finally got them to call me back. When I asked them when I should expect this additional money they told me it could take months because of their mistake. I should have just done my own taxes.
