Filed my taxes recently was told I'd have to pay extra at a later time. Have to hold on to a amount to pay later date. Previous years the problem was not at had. A previous year before I had to return to the tax off to pick up my tax refund checks because there mess up. Due to this situation and lack of communication, customer service is not very consistent. I would give a zero if there was an option. Had absolutely bad experience here coz they messed up with my amend while i tried to fix with them. They charged me 150$ for doing nothing. Scammers. And even l m not sure do they have permit to run this tax company. All 5 stars are looks very fake coz they not doing good job for sure. The return they showed was way too much and insane to compare the money l made in year. Dont waste your time and money here.
