I scheduled a 10 AM appointment a few weeks ago. Have received multiple appontment reminder texts confimring appointment. Arrive at 9:50 and office is still dark. Finally at 10:01 Jessica arrived and unlocked the store. I walk in and am greeted with "do you have an appointment" to which I replied "yup at 10 AM". She then proceeded to state she does not know how to do my specific tax needs (sale of primary residence/home) and needs to consult another preparer throughout the process. Will NOT be coming back.
Jessica was nice to work with.
The people you work with are very knowledgeable and personable. I find the cost is reasonable. They even squeezed me in at 2:00pm on the 15th of April.
