Not happy. They had me sign a bunch of things without explaining what I was signing. If I would have known there was an electronic handling fee I would have opted to receive check in the mail on federal and state level. Will not be going back. Ever. Fees cost me 89% of my refund I was expecting!!!!! Soooo disappointed!!!!
They fit me in at the last second. I love all the people at liberty tax. They are my go to tax place. Thank you for all you do.
