My experience at this Liberty Tax was extremely disappointing. The service that I received was far below par - in fact, it was frankly horrible. Not only was the service lacking, but the fees I was charged were significantly overpriced for the level of service provided. The tax preparer was disparaging, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their tax preparation needs.

No one likes tax season but Miriam makes it a pleasant experience. She has helped us for years and every year she takes time to make us feel like family. Her knowledge and experience are beyond compare. She is truly angel. We highly recommend her !!

The best you can hope for when doing your taxes is a tolerable experience. Liberty has done mine for the last several years, but this was my first visit to this location because mine closed. Mirian was absolutely fabulous, it was the fastest hour I ever spent doing taxes. She's very thorough, and answered my questions as we went through. There are closer places to my home, but next year I'll be right back to see Mirian.
