Alyssa Franzo is a god send, she helped me and continued to stay in touch till everything was finished. She went above and beyond, great customer service.
When you walk in, the lady Alyssa ACTS professional. But once she’s done processing the papers and she gets her cut of the money, the help is done. She told me that she cannot any answer any more questions and she doesn’t even remember having a conversation with me. I told her I would come in to speak to her in the store, and she threaten me ask me “what you gonna do”… I will never do business again with company. And telling my people to cut ALLL ties to the company. Worst experience I’ve had in my life.
