The staff was awesome and very helpful.
I had an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience with Yvonne Sosa at Tax Liberty. It's clear that client care is not a priority for her. When my tax case was rejected due to other spouse claiming my kids she took more than a month and a half to get back with me still giving me the run around even though my kids they lived with me for over 6 months she said a divorce decree and residency letter for proof was not enough to submit to IRS from her firm but I knew it was just laziness and the fact she’s uneducated how to... read more
