I overheard the owner say she wanted to be out of there by closing time as she had a long week yet even myself with a booked appointment was waiting 15-30 mins behind a line up, it really wasn't organized and the owner just seemed to want to get out of there asap. My partner and I have only good things to say about liberty tax...the people that work there are always friendly and accommodating...its like walking in to visit an old friend.
I've been a loyal costumer since 2012. This year I needed to get my taxes revised because there has been some mistakes in the past (Which happens, we are all human) She kept insisting they did not do 2019. Which they have. Its on my CRA and they have confirmed it. A lady from Liberty tax left me a voicemail after I called to ask them to revise it again because indeed they are the ones who did it.
