Brad was very helpful to me. He is honest, dependable and very pleasant.
My taxes are "simple" but yet I waited too long to get them done (again). Brad answered (no voicemail waiting and hoping someone calls you back) and immediately put me at ease about getting them done in time. They told me they do not take fee out of return because I might owe the irs. A simple google search says other wise And they told me it's 275 dollars up front and it's just a basic return.
